Patient Testimonials | Dentist Seattle
We are award-winning, locally known as the Best Dentists in Seattle
My previous dentist left me with a lot of failing work - partially due to poor technique and perhaps some antiquated technology and materials used - and therefore I had a lot of recovery needed here.
I found the booking process to be quite easy, though as a first-time patient, I didn't expect to be seen on demand by a busy clinic. Once you are on a plan, you can usually get appointments or drop-ins to check an issue pretty easily. I have been working with Dr. Bender, and in addition to having a cool sounding name, I found him to be extremely skilled and communicative as to my options for work. I knew I needed a lot. They worked with me to schedule the most critical parts first and defer some procedures to the next year to help make it as affordable as possible.
They also have killer technology for imaging, modeling and fabricating beautiful crowns on-site, so you can get fit THAT DAY if needed. I've been a few times now and the staff always knows my name and gets me going right on time, the support DA's are super nice and my new smile is much better feeling and looking than it was before.
I have been a patient for more than 20 years. Always professional, always on time. They never scold me for not flossing enough (ahem), instead they gently offer suggestions on how I can better care for my mouth.
Parking is plentiful and free.
After a childhood full of dentist and orthodontist appointments, I won't complain about seeing less of a dentist! I'm very happy with the service the hygienists provide and plan to keep coming back. 5 extra stars to the Polish hygienist; she's awesome and super friendly and takes the stress away from having someone poking around in your mouth. As for the other staff: also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
This is the best dentist I've ever been to. I just moved close by and saw that they accepted my insurance so I made an appointment. I was a bit nervous but the staff was awesome! The hygienist finished the cleaning pretty quickly without gauging out my gums like some other places I've been. It was actually the most comfortable dental experience I've ever had. The staff takes time to talk to the patients and let's you know what's going on while they do the work. I'd recommend this place to everyone! Great experience.
Like most Americans with dental insurance I've had my fair share of cleanings, repairs and (having taken an aluminum baseball bat to the mouth nearly 20 years ago) reconstructive dentistry over the years. Having said that I confidently recommend the entire team at Pacific Dental. Specifically wonderful experience with Dr. Dubois - literally fell asleep while she worked ever so gently. I woke to a wonderful feeling and improved "grill" (as they say). And the office exudes a friendly energy...even after being in the Seattle office more than 8 hours in 7 days.
When I first started going to Seattle Crown Hill, I had the mouth of a hobo. They have helped me get back on track!
They are very organized, do great work and are friendly.
It is rare in this day and age to find a professional in any occupation whom freely and voluntarily goes the extra mile for a client or patient.
I recognize great care and the true interest in making an individual such as myself feel important. I am a new patient at Seattle Crown Hill, but I am an extremely satisfied patient at that!! I was seen by Dr. A. Moazami for an infection in #30-(tooth #). The concern and steps taken by Dr. Dubois to diagnose and care for my issue were systematic and timely and very professional.
Dr. Dubois explained her findings thoroughly to me and then she laid out a plan of action for treatment once the initial Non-invasive treatment failed to relieve the infection.
The next level required the referral to an endodontic professional. The fact that Dr. Dubois, took a personal interest to make the arrangements personally was very impressive. I have never experienced this level of care from my dentist before!!
The only thing that separates one business from another these days is the custom service they provide! Seattle Crown Hill has a gem in this Dentist!
I am a customer for life now!
Bravo Dr. Dubois!
I went to this office to see what invisalign could do for me since my current dental office did not offer this service. The front office staff was beyond helpful in answering all of my questions about insurance and billing. The invisalign process has been amazing so far. When I go in every month or so for a checkup the staff is beyond amazing. They all know my name and have only been in a few times.I cannot recommend this dental office enough. I can't speak about the other treatments that they offer. But if they are this good about invisalign. I would imagine everything else to be just as great.
It's also very easy to get to and right on the bus line. The D line Rapid ride will take you 1 block away from the office. So it's very easy to access if you're not driving.
Amazing customer service! They really make everything as easy as possible for you, everyone from the folks at the front desk to the doctors and hygienists. They'll even jump at the chance to work with you if you need records while out of town, forms filled out or anything extra like that - been going their since I was a kid and I'll keep trying to time any dental work so I can get it done here while on visits back to the area.
I love Dr. Nguyen and his team! The first time I saw him I was pregnant with twins in my second trimester and realized too late that I couldn't lay back in the chair for the cleaning without feeling like I was going to pass out. His caring team gave me juice and a cookie to make me feel better and did the cleaning standing up so I wouldn't have to recline in the chair. Each visit after that has been met with the same great treatment. A++ in my book.
I'm not really someone who likes to go to the dentist, and actually I don't really like brushing my teeth. Laina convinced me to try this place, especially as we live so nearby. I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in at least 2 years, so I was worried. There was maybe one or two cavities which they took care of, but they did a great job on the cleaning. Now I'm going more regularly.
Recently, I've had two crowns. The great part of it is that you can get the whole crown taken care of in one visit! They have some fancy ass machine that they use. First, they take digital images of your teeth and upload them into a computer. Then the dentist (Dr. Nguyen) uses a CAD-type program to fine-tune the fit. They have their own porcelain in the back room and it takes less than 10 minutes to sculpt a crown. The first one didn't quite fit, so the Dr. just made a few adjustments and had another crown sculpted.
The whole crown process took almost 2 hours. They got me good and numbed up for the procedure. And then they gave me my own viewing goggles and I could pick a movie to watch! I got thru all of 'Top Gun,' including the infamous closing scene ("You can ride my tail any time, Maverick"). And let's not forget the classic volleyball scene. How great is that? You get to watch movies when you go to the dentist!
Apparently only 5 percent or so of all dentists have this ridonculous machine. Usually they need to take a mold of your teeth and then you need to come back a week later to actually get the crown. What a hassle. This way you can git r' dun in one visit.
Also, Dr. Nguyen screens for mouth cancer with some glow-in-the-dark neon shit. They also give you plenty of reminders for your appointments. Usually I get an email or two and a voice mail reminder. All in all, I think they're really professional and on the ball. Perfect for people who don't want to spend their life in a dentist waiting room.
Due to a dental emergency the day we moved to Seattle, we had to find a dentist in a hurry -- and got very lucky when we chose Pacific Dental Care! Dr. Etemadi is very patient and gentle and explained everything that needed to be done carefully. Even though there were some mishaps with the bridge that I needed -- bad luck mostly -- the staff was apologetic and helpful every step of the way. They even worked with my insurance company when they threatened not to cover any of the work. I've never had a dentist do that on my behalf before! A super friendly staff and high-tech dentistry -- seriously, watching a movie while getting work done, how cool is that -- we really lucked out.
I have been going to Pacific Dental Care since 2001. I lived in Ballard at the time, and just picked a place near me. Since then I've moved around the city, moved out of the country and returned, and have since bought a house in West Seattle. I still go to the Ballard office. Everything all the other posters have said is true. It's a very professional, kind, quick but thorough kind of place. I also did the crown thing where you can watch a movie (do not watch "The Talented Mr. Ripley" while having someone go around your teeth with a drill, watch a fun or calming moving instead). I've had compliments from other dentists and orthodontists on the crown and how great it looks and was done.
Recently at my appointment the hygienest popped off my lower permanent retainer during my cleaning. This usually costs $50-75 to fix. They took me right away over to the orthodontia side and patched it back in and it's been very strong. No cost to me, either.
I'm very happy with Pacific Dental Care and plan on being a patient as long as the commute doesn't get to me.
I had my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday by Dr. Nguyen. I had been nervous about the procedure for an entire week but the Dr. and the staff went the extra mile in making sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered.
Aside from calling me personally to make sure my ride got me home ok and checking in on me, Dr. Nguyen did a wonderful job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I had a wonderful first experience with Pacific Dental Care and am looking forward to many years of great experiences. I was greeted promptly upon entering the office and within minutes my hygienist was escorting me back for my cleaning. She (Jeanette sp?) was very courteous and warm. I felt I was in very good hands. After my cleaning I had a very brief wait in the lobby before my X-rays and regular pictures were taken. Dr Nguyen met with me to go over the images and the status of my teeth and his treatment plan. He was very kind and put me at ease with his demeanor and delivery. Again, I feel in very good hands. Nice work Pacific Dental Care!
My 30 year old filling was replaced with a Cerec crown. Pacific dental did a great job. The office is clean and pleasant. The staff are knowledgeable and ready to address any questions and concerns. They made sure my bicycle was secure during my procedure. Their use of modern equipment and expert technique made this a comfortable and efficient procedure. When additional work was warranted to remove some hidden decay the staff informed me of the additional charges above our agreed treatment plan. I have had major dental work all my life and Pacific Dental has been the most comfortable.
I love Dr. Nguyen- he is an amazing and caring doctor, and person. It's never fun getting dental work done, but he does his best to make you comfortable.
My visit was very pleasant and professional. Considering how afraid I am, I continue to come here because of the gentle treatment I receive with needle free sedation. I was informed of each step taken which I also enjoy. This is the best dental office in Seattle and I tell others this often. Thank you!
